Christmas is upon us! And here at GIVE ME A CHANCE, we are going to be busy the entire week with festivities. The week begins on Wednesday when The Players (a community theater group) will be coming to perform “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” for the children in our After School Program. Thursday the parents of the children are invited to the Nativity Play performed by the children, followed by a surprise visit from Mr. & Mrs. Santa Clause and refreshments. Friday, there is going to be a Christmas Luncheon for GIVE ME A CHANCE volunteers & staff. It is going to be a big “thank you” for everyone’s year-long commitment to this ministry and its programs, as well as a chance for everyone to come together to celebrate the birth of Jesus.
