In the early hours of Saturday, June 8th, staff & volunteers of GIVE ME A CHANCE met in the parking lot of DeMarillac Formal Attire. They were there to set up for their first-ever Rummage Sale. And as the sun rose, the items were organized and ready to be sold. Many of the items for the Rummage Sale were charitable donations from supporters– clothing, furniture, books, and even works of art!
Sister Martha greeted everyone who came by, making the Rummage Sale a fantastic way to meet and chat with members of the community. Volunteers also sold local pizza and soda to those who were looking for a bite to eat.
